Pavement Restorations (PRI) is proud to share highlights from the 2025 Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater Tennessee Excellence in Construction Awards Dinner, held December 11 at the Grand Hyatt in downtown Nashville.

At the event, Pavement Restorations was honored with its first STEP Award, marking an important milestone for the company’s safety program. The STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) program provides contractors with a framework to measure safety performance, benchmark against industry peers, and identify opportunities to strengthen health and safety practices.

The award was accepted on behalf of PRI by Safety Director Mike Jellicorse, along with East Safety Coordinator Greg Nelson, Central Safety Coordinator Shannon Brinkley, and West Safety Coordinator Jeff Carr. Their leadership continues to play a key role in building and maintaining a strong safety culture across the organization.

This recognition reflects the commitment of PRI teams to prioritize safety in the field and support one another in delivering work the right way.
