Asphalt Preservation
We provide asphalt preservation services that extend pavement life and delay costly repairs. By applying the right treatment at the right time, we help keep surfaces performing longer.

Asphalt Crack Sealing
We use asphalt crack sealing to prevent water from entering and damaging the pavement structure. Cracks are cleaned and sealed with hot-applied materials that expand and contract with the pavement, helping stop further deterioration.
This process is a simple, cost-effective way to extend pavement life and reduce the need for larger repairs. It’s commonly used on roads, parking lots, and subdivision streets showing early signs of wear.

Fog Seal
We use fog sealing to protect and preserve aging asphalt by applying a light coat of asphalt emulsion across the surface. This treatment helps seal small cracks, slow oxidation, and restore a more uniform surface.
Fog sealing is a cost-effective way to extend pavement life and delay more extensive repairs. It’s commonly used on roads, parking lots, and subdivision streets that are still in good condition but beginning to show surface wear.

Chip Seal Surface Treatment
Chip seal is a proven method we use to protect and extend the life of asphalt by applying a layer of liquid asphalt binder followed by aggregate. The surface is then rolled to create a durable finish. Our teams perform chip seal work for TDOT and various counties across Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
It helps seal the pavement, reduce wear from traffic and weather, and slow oxidation. This treatment is commonly used on rural roads, subdivision streets, and low- to moderate-traffic roadways where a cost-effective preservation solution is needed.

Joint Sealing
We use joint and centerline sealing to protect pavement seams and joints where water can enter and cause damage. These areas are cleaned and sealed with hot-applied materials to help prevent moisture from reaching the base.
Sealing joints early helps reduce deterioration and maintain pavement performance over time. It’s commonly used on roadways and paved surfaces where open seams can lead to larger structural issues.

Scrub Seal Asphalt Treatment
Scrub seal is an asphalt treatment we use for pavements with moderate to heavy cracking. By working asphalt emulsion into surface cracks and applying aggregate, we help seal the pavement and reinforce the surface. We partner with Ergon to deliver scrub seal applications across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas, combining local crews with specialized expertise.
This process helps limit water intrusion, improve ride quality, and extend pavement life. It’s a practical option for roadways that need more than a basic surface treatment but are not yet ready for full reconstruction.

Micro Surfacing
Micro surfacing is an advanced pavement preservation treatment we use to restore surface condition and improve performance. A mixture of polymer-modified asphalt emulsion, aggregate, and additives is applied to correct minor surface issues and create a new wearing course.
This process improves ride quality, increases skid resistance, and helps extend pavement life without the need for full resurfacing. It’s commonly used on roadways and high-traffic areas that require a durable, long-lasting solution.
